Reiki Healing Sessions
Reiki is a gentle and restorative energy practice that supports emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and spiritual alignment. Each session begins with a conversation to understand your individual needs, followed by a combination of both Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Healing techniques so you may receive the highest benefit during your session.
During your session, energy blocks, and stored emotions may begin to release, and intuitive spiritual insights may naturally come through.
Time is held at the end of each appointment to gently reflect and discuss how you can continue your healing journey.

This all-inclusive session begins with an intuitive tarot reading to bring clarity to your questions, followed by Reiki with guided meditation, allowing the body and nervous system to gently relax and release energetic blocks, allowing you to feel more grounded and realigned.

My Journey to Healing…
For over 20 years, I served the Buffalo community as an Exercise Physiologist, specializing in cardiac rehab and fitness. But even long before that, I carried a quiet awareness that I didn’t fully understand at the time.
From a young age, I found myself deeply attuned to others—their emotions, their energy, and often an unspoken sense of what they were going through or what might unfold. I was naturally drawn to listening, supporting, and helping people feel more grounded and stable in their lives. I also felt a strong inner knowing of how important it was to protect your energy, care for yourself, and stay connected to something deeper—though I didn’t yet have the language or understanding for why I felt so different.
As I moved through my career in the clinical world, that intuitive awareness remained, but it wasn’t until I experienced profound personal loss and a fractured sense of identity that everything began to shift.
I came to realize that physical health is only one piece of the healing journey.
It wasn’t until I experienced the transformative power of Reiki and spiritual guidance that I truly awakened. That leap of faith led me to trade the clinical setting for a healing sanctuary, where I now help others bridge the gap between where they are and who they are meant to become.
My background in the clinical field means my approach to energy work is grounded, individualized, and intentional. As an ICRT-certified Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Spiritual Advisor, I don’t believe in quick fixes. Instead, I provide a compassionate, supportive space in my Williamsville studio for you to release stress, reconnect with yourself, and begin to heal what is ready to be let go.
