 What to Expect During an Akashic Records Reading with Lavender Healing and Wellness

We will begin with a conversation identifying the areas of your life that need clarity, insight, and alignment.

Your Reiki session begins with a short grounding meditation to help you relax and become receptive. 

I will then open your Akashic Records using a protective prayer and begin receiving intuitive messages, images, and guidance.

 As insights come through, I will gently share and interpret them in a way that is supportive and empowering.

 Reiki healing is then used to help integrate the messages, release energetic blocks, and bring your body and nervous system into balance.

At the end of the Akashic Reading, we will close the records with a prayer and gently bring you back to your awareness.

After the reading, there will be time to discuss the messages, images, and insight you received so you may begin to integrate this newfound knowledge into your current life.
