How do Virtual Reiki and Tarot Sessions Work?

Each session is held virtually, typically over facetime or phone, creating a relaxed and personalized experience tailored to your needs.

We begin with a brief conversation to understand what you’re currently navigating whether that’s emotional stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or a desire for deeper spiritual connection. If your session includes Tarot, we’ll start there, offering intuitive insight, clarity, and guidance around your current situation. From there, you’ll move into a Reiki healing portion, where you can lie down, relax, and simply receive.

During Reiki, I channel energy to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Many clients feel a sense of calm, warmth, or lightness during the session. At the end, we’ll take time to gently process anything that came through, and you’ll also receive a follow up email with a summary of your session and any intuitive messages that surfaced.
