This experience combines spiritual cleansing practices, grounding rituals, prayer, intention setting, and energetic protection techniques to help restore balance and harmony throughout the home.
Initial Consultation & Energy Discussion
The session begins with a conversation with the homeowner and household members to better understand the following:
Areas of emotional heaviness or discomfort within the home
Rooms where tension, anxiety, sadness, or uneasiness feels strongest
Major life events connected to the home
Emotional or energetic concerns currently affecting the household
Any experiences involving unsettling energy, disturbances, or spiritual sensitivity
This allows the cleansing ceremony to be individualized to the specific needs of the home and family.
The Cleansing Ceremony Will Include:
Guided intention setting
Smudging with sage throughout the home
Energy clearing in each room and corner of the household
Grounding and protective energetic practices
Placement of selenite crystals, Black Tourmaline crystals, and Himalayan salt in all rooms for energetic purification and protection
Closing prayer and energetic sealing of the home with Lavender Sage spray

Before becoming a spiritual practitioner, I worked as a medical practice manager in a busy healthcare environment. While supporting employees, patients, and the daily needs of the practice, I often found myself absorbing the stress and emotional energy of those around me. Without realizing it, I would sometimes carry that heaviness home, making it difficult to fully relax, reset, and feel like myself again.
This experience taught me how deeply the energy we encounter throughout the day can affect our emotional well-being—and how important it is to release what does not belong to us. I began incorporating energy cleansing, prayer, and protection into my own home as a way to clear away the day’s accumulated stress and restore a calmer, more uplifting atmosphere.
Today, as an ICRT Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Spiritual Advisor, energy protection has become an important part of both my personal life and my spiritual path. I cleanse and bless my own home weekly using prayer, intention setting, sage, salts and crystals to help release the energy I may have absorbed and maintain healthy spiritual boundaries in my environment.

Absolutely.

How much does a home energy cleansing cost?
Home Energy Cleansing & Blessing Sessions begin at $250 for homes up to 1,600 square feet.
Homes larger than 1,600 square feet require additional time and include an additional $100 fee.
Is this connected to a specific religion?
No…My approach is spiritual rather than religious and is intended to be welcoming and respectful of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds. Clients are encouraged to incorporate their own beliefs and intentions into the process.
