Reiki for Teens & Athletes

Being a teenager today can feel overwhelming.

Between academic pressure, social dynamics, identity development, and competitive sports, many teens carry a level of anxiety they don’t know how to regulate.

Some teens feel constant emotional stress. Others struggle with performance anxiety before games, auditions, and exams.

I understand this deeply. As a former anxious teen who struggled with confidence and social acceptance, and a mother to a teen scholar-athlete, I know how isolating and overwhelming these years can feel. That journey is what led me to create a specialized anxiety support session for teens.

    How a Session Will Flow:

  • Each session begins with a brief, supportive conversation to identify what your teen, scholar, athlete is currently navigating.

  • Together, we gently explore existing coping strategies and build new ones that strengthen resilience, focus, and emotional regulation.

  • The session then transitions into a calming, restorative Reiki experience designed to relax the nervous system, rebalance energy, and help your teen feel grounded, centered, and mentally clear before returning to their sport, studies, or social setting.

    This is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. Instead, it offers a complementary, holistic approach to anxiety support that focuses on emotional regulation, grounding, and building inner confidence.
