Lavender Healing and Wellness: Appointment Policies

At Lavender Healing and Wellness, I strive to provide a peaceful and professional environment for all my clients. Because my practice is by appointment only, your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. To help me serve the Williamsville and Buffalo community effectively, I ask that you honor the following policies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24-hour notice by texting me at 716-255-1100. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client on my waiting list.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to a $50 No-Show Fee.

• Frequent Rescheduling: To maintain a consistent schedule for all, if the same appointment is rescheduled more than twice, a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied.

Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive exactly at your scheduled time. Since I may be in a session with another client, I want to ensure you have my full attention and a quiet space to begin your healing journey.
