This In-person Reiki Level 1 class is an invitation to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and take an active role in your own healing journey. This class is beginner friendly with no previous experience needed.

Class Reservation and Deposit:
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve your seat in class. Remaining balance is due on the day of class. Because class sizes are limited, your space is held exclusively for you once registered. If an unexpected circumstance prevents you from attending, your deposit may be transferred one time to a future Reiki Level 1 class within 12 months.

What to Expect During Class:
My goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable learning at your own pace.
The class is designed to balance learning, discussion, meditation, and hands-on-experience. Throughout the day, we will take several short breaks between lessons to allow time for reflection and integration.
Students will participate in guided meditative practice, energetic and intuitive awareness practice, group discussion, sharing experiences, and asking questions.
A lunch break is provided during the day, along with light refreshments.
By the end of class, you will leave with a strong understanding of Reiki, practical experience using the techniques, and the confidence to begin incorporating Reiki into your daily life.

Do I need experience before taking Reiki Level 1?
No. Reiki Level 1 is designed for complete beginners.
Can I practice Reiki on family and friends after class?
Yes. Upon completion, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself, family members, friends, pets, and more.
How many students are in each class?
Small class sizes, up to 6 participants, allows for personalized attention and hands-on practice.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certification Certificate upon completion.
