What you and your child can expect during the Reiki Session:
The Reiki Session will begin with a few minutes of conversation to identify the areas of the mind, body, and soul that needs healing and release. During the session, there will be relaxing music in the background as the Reiki energy is guided to the areas in need. We will focus on breath work to release tension and calm the mind. Your child will learn to replace negative thought patterns with positive affirmations and visualize successful outcomes during challenging situations.
At the end of the session, your child will feel calm, relaxed, and more balanced.
The session will be done, with the parent or guardian in the same room.
Reiki Sessions will be customized to the child’s age, comfort level, and individual needs.
