What you and your child can expect during the Reiki Session:
The Reiki Session will begin with a few minutes of conversation to identify the areas of the mind, body, and soul that need healing and release. During the session, there will be relaxing music in the background along with guided meditation and breath work as the healing energy is delivered to those areas in need of release, healing, and re-balancing.
The session will be done, with the parent or guardian in the same room.
